Into the Water by Paula Hawkins - Worth the hype

 Namaste.

Question - Have you read the book "The Girl on the Train" by Paula Hawkins?

Question again - Did you like it?

If your answer to both question is yes, then it has nothing to do with the second book by the author i.e. Into the Water. In the book (and many other famous reviews) you will read that if you liked the first book then you would definitely like the second one.

THAT IS TOTALLY NOT THE CASE.

All The Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr - Must Read!

Namaste.

All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr is a book based in the brutal times of Second World War. But its not your conventional war story may I say. This is a book that has put the horrors of second World War in the most subtle, yet haunting way. The author doesn't side with any country or religion in particular. He has successfully depicted how the lives of common countrymen are torn forever, irrespective of the side they belong to.

So let's talk about the protagonists, shall we?

Addition of supplements in the Growth Media

Hello lovely readers.
Hope you guys are studying awesome.
Today we will discuss a few additives that are needed to be added in the media as supplements. Something similar to our vitamins and protein supplements that we take inspite of having our food.

So let us try to know what are these supplements and how do they help in bettering the yield.
First thing, what are they???
Well some components of a fermentation medium help to regulate the production of the product rather than support the growth of micro - organism. Quite obvious, because end of the day our sole purpose is to have more product rather than the cell mass. Such additives include precursors, inhibitors and inducers which help to manipulate and regulate the progress of the fermentation.

  • What will I obtain on this plate?

And many more similar doubts.
So here, we will try to simplify and answer all these doubts, and get the concepts clear for life.
