Today I am here with some cartoon drawing to explain the how antigen presenting cell help in removal of antigen from the cell .

INTRODUCING :
Ag as Thief
APC as hero
Macrophage as police
One day a thief (Ag) entered a house to take over it , as thief looked dangerous ( infectious ) and just wanted to make the house his own territory. By seeing thief (Ag) all members in family( cells) were afraid and small children started crying (Signal or Stimulation). Then entered hero (APC)( Immune system stimulated) who fought with the thief ( Ag processing) , handed it over to the police ( Macrophage) ( Ag Presentation) . The thief was put into jail and sentenced to death ( degradation by hydrolyzing enzymes) by the court (Ag digestion).
