Oxidation - reduction mnemonic.

Hey guys..
So a lot of times I have observed that inspite of knowing redox reactions and the flow of electrons, I sometimes forget whether oxidation is loss of electrons or gain?
And what is more painful, that it always happens at absolutely crucial times, like..

While answering a viva.
While writing a test.
While balancing a chemical equation.
While dating.
While praying.
While..
Just the f*** up
Sorry. So here I made a mnemonic that helped me remember the mechanism pretty well.
Here's the mnemonic:
We all know that oxidation is ....is...umm... Damn it I forgot :(
..
..
Yeah Oxidation is loss of electrons, whereas reduction is gain of electrons.
Let's write it this way.
Loss of Electrons - Oxidation.
Gain of Electrons - Reduction.

So LEOnard Dicaprio goes GERrrrr evrytime during the Oscar awards.
Because we all know that he hasn't bagged one after titanic...teheheheheh. All that he acts these days is press his lips, force a smile and clap for the other one who took the Oscar.

That's all in Lame mnemonics by Staph.
High six and lots of love.
