Classification of organisms

Micro - organisms are a heterogenous group of several different classes.

The original classification of plants and animal kingdom proved unsatisfactory and they were then classified into a third kingdom known as protista.

Based on the differences in cellular organisation and biochemistry Kingdom Protista has been further divided into prokaryotes and eukaryotes.

Prokaryotes: Bacteria and Blue green algae.

Eukaryotes: Fungi, Protozoa, slime moulds and other algae.

Here, in this section i will be discussing about Bacteria, their classes, types, morphology and various infections caused by them.

I hope it helps you all learn
